What Anume Player can do
Live TV, EPG, catch-up, movies, series, saved progress, Exo / VLC and reseller branding. See what depends on your source and installed edition.
Live TV
- Mini player and fullscreen
- Choose a channel in the list, select it again for fullscreen and return with Back.
- EPG and catch-up
- Current and upcoming programmes, plus catch-up where the provider offers it. Not every playlist includes this data.
- Remote controls
- Arrow navigation, fullscreen channel switching and returning to the previous channel.
Movies and series
- Organised catalogues
- Posters, categories, details, seasons and episodes, depending on source information.
- Continue watching
- Saved progress for movies and episodes. Resume where you stopped and continue with the next episode.
- Favourites, recents and search
- Find recently watched titles and search the catalogue when needed. Sort alphabetically or by latest additions.
Playback and devices
- Auto, Exo or VLC
- On Android / Fire OS choose an engine per playlist. Options may differ in other editions.
- Audio and subtitles
- Tracks, preferred languages and adjustable synchronisation, depending on the stream and playback engine.
- TV and phone
- Remote-friendly menus on TV, portrait menus and touch controls on phones. Quality depends on the source and device.
Playlists and management
- Xtream, M3U and TS streams
- Enter Xtream server and credentials or a playlist / stream URL. A TS URL represents one stream, not a full catalogue.
- Multiple playlists by MAC
- Use the identifier displayed in the app, then choose a playlist by name on the device.
- Reseller branding and API
- Manually approved account, in-app logo and colour, API key and documentation. The launcher icon remains Anume Player.
EPG, archive, poster and track availability depends on the source. Not every format works on every device.
